How to purchase Japanese used vehicle from us?

Follow these steps:

1. View our Japanese used vehicles in the online showroom
2. Select your desired vehicle.
3. Click Inquire link on the page & submit the form with relevant information.
4. Response to your inquiry - One of our representatives will respond to your inquiries within 12 hours.
5. Once you receive our response you may agree to buy one or more vehicles. Then we will send you a quotation in the form of Proforma Invoice.
6. Performa invoice contains the CIF price along with bank details & mode of payment.
7. Arrange payment – The desired vehicle will be reserved for you upon full receipt of payment.
8. Shipment of the vehicle.
9. The vehicle has successfully reached to the port of discharge and you can receive it.

Payments - We accept following payment methods.

Telegraphic Transfer You can pay an advance of 50 % of the Proforma Invoice value to confirm your order. Once we receive the advance payment we will confirm the order and process it for shipment. Please fax or email your payment conformation slip to us clearly indicating the Proforma Invoice number. This is necessary to ensure that your payment is credited you correctly. Note:- Please note that no customer can claim of confirmation of any orders until he/she makes the advance payment if the payment method is Telegraphic Transfer. Irrevocable Letter of Credit - (LC) As soon as our bank confirms the LC, we will make the vehicle as sold and process for shipment. Please note that a Proforma Invoice is valid only for 7 days from the date of issue. Therefore kindly send your payments within the speculated period. Shipment - Once we receive the advance payment or the L/C, we will confirm the order and process for shipment. As soon as the ship leaves Japan, we will send you a copy of the BL (Bill of Lading) to confirm the shipment. You can pay the balance 50 % to get the original documents of your order. We will send them by courier.

Documents - As soon as the ship leaves Japan, we will send you a copy of the BL (Bill of Lading) to confirm the shipment. You can pay the balance payments if there any, to get the original documents. We will send them by courier.

Note:Please note that no original documents will be dispatched until we receive the payments in full.
